How to get rid of loose skin?

Please help, im have lost alot of weight (about 100kg in a year)


And 50kg in the last 4 months. Im now getting heaps of loose skin, but can not afford a tummy tuck. Does anyone know can it be perfomed free on the public system, if so how. or any other ways"
